Assuming you have already logged into phpBB. Click on the Permissions link found on the main menu.

Click on forum permissions link found on the left column under the forum based permissions.

Select a forum and click on the submit button.

We can edit permissions for users or groups on this page for the chosen forum. Go ahead and edit a group permissions. Select a group or select all groups to edit and click on the edit permissions

On the page displayed edit your forum permissions and click on apply all permissions button.
