How to create a scroll bar in Flash CS4.

When you want to create a scroll bar in flash CS4, first go to the place where you want the scroll bar to show, click on that item and you can create one by clicking on windows in the main menu-> Components-> UIScrollBar as shown below:

You can resize the scroll bar by clicking on the properties window and increasing or decreasing the height and width of it.
