Add Content in Drupal

First of all, type your site url on the browser

http://bestwebdesignz.com/estore/admin/

On the right side of your screen, you will see something like this below, click on the Create Content squared in red.

You will enter another page as shown below, you can create content of different types such as listed in the screen shown below
