You can setup additional tax zones and classes by clicking the tax zone or tax class links seen on the extreme left in the picture above. As of now we are going to configure a tax Rate, so click Tax Rates as depicted in the picture above, click on the edit button on the right, you will be prompted to change the existing tax rates of florida, so make the necessary changes and click update. That’s it you now know how to change the tax rates in osCommerce.</p>

Once you add a shipping module, you should be set it up by clicking the edit button on the righ as seen above.<br />

<p>As seen in the above picture ,on the Left side of the screen under the Administration Panel click on Specials, you will see a Screen Page with a button named new Product, click on it, as seen in the below picture, you can select the product you want to create a special promotion for, then enter a special price for the product, you can enter a expiry date or just leave it blank to have no expiry date, then click the insert button on the right bottom of the page.<br />

You can preview the details of the product, then scroll right down and click on the insert button.<br />
That’s it, now you know how to add products to your store in osCommerce.<br />
Remember, to add a product to a specific category, you would simply click a category first, then click to add a product.</p>

As you can see from the above table, there are already two currencies setup for our store, namely Euro and US Dollar, now click on new currency, it will prompt you to fill up a table on your right, lets say you fill in the Title – Yen, Code – JPY, scroll below and enter the currency value lets say 1.400000, then click on insert button.<br />

That’s it, the new currency Yen has been added as seen above.<br />
If you want to edit the value of a currency in relation to the default currency, click its value and click on the edit button on the right, make the necessary changes and click update button to update the currency master. You now know how to configure your currency in osCommerce.</p>

You will get a screen like this below, this is the configuration page for your store, lets now learn how to edit the settings.  Each row item can be edited, now first click on the store name ie; the first line item and click on the edit button on the right side of the page.<br />

It will prompt you to edit the store name from My Store to say John’s store, click update button to update the store name<br />

You can see the Store name has been changed from My Store in Pic2 to John’s Store in Pic3.<br />
Pic2 are the rest of the settings we can configure. To edit any of these settings, simply click on the current value and by clicking on the edit button on the right.<br />
In addition to the store setting, there are many other settings we can configure from the left margin as seen below.<br />
